JU Services is a shopping center, industrial park, office park maintenance, and service business providing services to owners, developers, and property managers throughout the metropolitan area. JU Services currently provides exterior maintenance to properties located in the Montgomery, Prince Georges, Frederick, and Baltimore counties in Maryland.

JU Services' day porters patrol many of our client's centers during the day to enhance the cleanliness of the properties as well as hauling bulk trash and providing special cleanups. Depending upon the size, location, and specifications provided by our clients, each service contract is customized to accommodate the particular requirements of each property and priced accordingly.
